Error to Kent; Perkins, J. Assumpsit by Manley W. Burtch against Child, Hulswit & Company for breach of warranty on the sale of corporate stock. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant brings error.

In 1909 plaintiff was engaged in the manufacturing business at Sparta. The defendant was a corporation engaged in the business of bond brokers at Grand Rapids. It is the claim of plaintiff that in August, September, and October, 1909, he purchased from defendant $13,500 in bonds of the Denver-Greeley Valley Irrigation District of Colorado on a warranty that they were a secure investment and absolutely good.
