MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Kenneth Fedor and William Sheridan originally filed the present action in state court to challenge an arbitrator’s decision upholding their discharge from employment. Defendants Hygrade Food Corporation (“Hygrade”) and Local 195 of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (“Local Union 195”), plaintiffs’ former employer and union local, respectively, subsequently removed the action to federal court because of the alleged existence of federal question jurisdiction.
