In this action brought pursuant to § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, plaintiff, Joseph Larry, asserts various claims arising out of an alleged violation of seniority rights guaran*712teed to him by a collective bargaining agreement entered into between defendant, Penn Truck Aids, Inc. (PTA), and defendant, Teamsters' Local No. 312 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (Local 312).
