As the widow and a dependent of David Stevenson the appellant filed a claim, on September 2nd, 1988, under the Workmen’s Compensation Law (Code, art. 101, sec. 1 et seq., as amended), on account of her husband’s death, on August 11th, 1933, from an accidental injury suffered the preceding day in the course of his employment, as a coal inspector and car runner, by the Consolidation Coal Company.
