This is an appeal from a judgment rendered against Rochester Capital Leasing Corp. (Rochester), appellant, which as plaintiff sought damages allegedly arising from the breach of three lease agreements, hereinafter defined, entered into by the various defendants (respondents).

In August 1962, Harry Kater and Milton Lieberman, both defendants in this action, organized defendant K & L Litho Corporation (Litho) to engage in the business of printing. Messrs.
