ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.

These two bills'in equity, brought under R. S. § 4915 (Comp. St. § 9460), to secure the issue of a patent to Colman on a warp-tying machine, were consolidated and heard together before a master, whose conclusion was in favor of Hathaway as the first and original inventor. Colman’s exceptions to the report challenge only the soundness of that conclusion, on the facts found. *603No findings of fact, as distinguished from conclusions therefrom, are attacked. No evidence is reported.
