The Revere retirement board (board) appeals from an adverse Superior Court judgment that affirmed a decision of the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB) awarding disability retirement benefits to former Revere police Officer Alfred DiDonato. DiDonato had sought the benefits on account of a left knee injury that he suffered when he slipped and fell while scraping snow off his police car during work in December, 1977.
