This is an appeal, by the plaintiff Carol McCarthy pursuant to M.G.L.c. 30A, §14, from the decision of the Massachusetts State Retirement Board (“Board”) that denied her application for an accidental disability allowance that she had sought under the provisions of G.L.c. 32, §7, and from the decision of the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (“CRAB”) that upheld the Board’s denial of benefits.
