This case is about whether the verbal response of defendant, upon being told by the principal that his son was being suspended from school, was criminal, in addition to being rude. Defendant, a father who, upon being contacted via telephone by the principal of his son’s school and informed of his son’s suspension, allegedly told the school principal, in substance, that she had better “watch it,” and that he was going to “get” her, is charged with two counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree under Penal Law § 240.30 (1) (a) and (b), class A…
