This is a petition for review of an order of the District of Columbia Department of Human Services (the “agency”) which reduced by ten percent the rate of monthly payment petitioner was entitled to receive under a grant for Aid to Families with Dependent Children (“AFDC”), until a prior erroneous overpayment to her was recouped.
