Appellant, Johnson's Wholesale Plumbing, Inc., brought an action to foreclose a materialman's lien. Appellant was granted a summary judgment against two defendants,1 but the trial court granted NuWestern American, Inc.'s2 motion to dismiss at the end of appellant's case and entered findings of fact and conclusions of law and a judgment in accordance therewith; this appeal followed.
