The defendant, Beaulieu Company, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford, also known as the CNA Insurance Companies, in connection with the underlying civil action in which the plaintiff sought from the defendant unpaid premiums for workers’ compensation insurance coverage.
