The appellant’s land at the northwest corner of Beacon Street and Murray Avenue is located within the commercial district as laid out by the general zoning ordinance of Pittsburgh. The locality on which appellant’s property is situated adjoins or abuts a high-class residential district. It is in the midst of a residential section.
