The appellees, Lester R. Cooper and Allstate Insurance Company, hereinafter referred to as Allstate, filed this declara tory judgment action to determine whether the appellee Allstate or the appellant American Employers’ Insurance Company, hereinafter called Employers’, was liable under their respective insurance policies for damages caused by the negligent operation of a Chevrolet automobile, covered by both policies and being operated at the time by the appellee Cooper.
