This suit was brought by petitioner, Earl Sanders, against the resepondent, Aetna Life Insurance Company, for the recovery of disability benefits under a certificate of insurance issued to him as an employee of Humble Oil & Refining Company under the terms of a group insurance policy issued by Aetna covering certain employees of that company.
