Defendant appeals the judgment entered after her conviction for possession of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992(4). We review for errors of law, ORS 138.220, and reverse.
We view the facts in the light most favorable to the state. State v. Tucker, 315 Or 321, 325, 845 P2d 904 (1993). On April 15, 1995, two deputies of the Benton County Sheriffs office stopped defendant for a broken tail light infraction. ORS 816.330(l)(a).
