This matter is before the Court on Defendant T-Mobile USA, Inc.’s (“T-Mobile”) Motion to'Dismiss (ECF No. 24). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court denies T-Mobile’s Motion to Dismiss.

BACKGROUND

On May 29, 2014, Plaintiff Tiffany Stewart (“Plaintiff’) filed a one-count Complaint against T-Mobile, asserting violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227.
