This matter comes before the court on Defendants Everett School District and Carol Whitehead's (collectively, "the District") first and second motions for summary judgment (1st MSJ (Dkt. # 57); 2d *1247MSJ (Dkt. # 59) ), and Defendant Craig Verver's motion for summary judgment (Verver MSJ (Dkt. # 61) ).
