This appeal concerns an action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking redress for alleged violation of constitutional and statutory rights.
Jack and Cindy Hidahl, husband and wife, individually and as next friends on behalf of their minor children, Tore and Tad Hidahl, brought a civil rights action for money damages and declaratory relief under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988 and 42 U.S.C. §§ 671 and 672.
