Plaintiffs City of Worchester Retirement System, Lynn Short, James Rocco, and Robert Lynch (“plaintiffs”) bring the present action as a derivative suit on behalf of Finisar Corporation (“Finisar”) against certain current and former directors and officers of Finisar.
