Defendants-appellants, Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Co., American Protection Insurance Co., and Kemper Casualty Insurance Co. (collectively known as “Kemper”) appeal the trial court’s order granting partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Hobbs Staffing Services, and denying their motion to compel arbitration.
