The dispositive issue presented by this case is one of statutory interpretation. Specifically, this case requires us to interpret Ark. Code Ann. § 23-112-311 (a) and (b) (Supp. 1997). The factual circumstances are as follows. On February 19, 1998, appellant, Yamaha Motor Corporation, entered into an agreement with Bradford Marine to become a dealer of Yamaha motorcycles, Riva Motor Scooters, and motor-driven ATVs.
