This is an appeal from a judgment in a condemnation case where plaintiff was dissatisfied with the award made for the appropriation of some of his farming lands for railway purposes.

It appears that in 1929 plaintiff owned two tracts of land of 400 acres each in Morris county. Two or three sets of improvements were on them and the tilled lands were occupied by tenants.
