Plaintiff pro se Maxine Grady appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, John Gleesón, Judge, dismissing her complaint alleging that defendant Affiliated Central, Inc. (“Affiliated”), terminated her employment on the basis of her age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 623 (1994).
