LEVAL, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-appellant Dennis James appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendant-appellee New York Racing Association (“NYRA”). James brought suit in federal district court pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. L. § 290 et seq., and the New York City Human Rights Law, Admin.
