Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused was brought to trial before a general court-martial in Vietnam on a charge of premeditated murder, in violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 918. He was convicted of unpremeditated murder, and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for twelve years, and accessory punishments. Intermediate appellate authorities affirmed the findings of guilty and the sentence.
