Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 29, 2004, which, inter alia, charged claimant with a recoverable overpayment of unemployment insurance benefits.

In January 2003, claimant was separated from employment, under circumstances not at issue, and filed a claim for unemployment insurance benefits. The following month, claimant created a sole proprietorship for the purpose of establishing a magazine. Claimant admittedly engaged in activities related to the establishment of the magazine, but did not report such activities when certifying for benefits…
