INTRODUCTION
In this proceeding, brought under the Railway Labor Act (“RLA” or “Act”), 45 U.S.C. § 151, et seq. (1981), plaintiffs Air Line Pilots Association, International (“ALPA”), International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers (“IAM”) and Transport Workers Union of America (“TWU”) seek declaratory, injunctive, monetary and other appropriate relief against defendant Eastern Air Lines, Inc.
