In separate verified complaints alleging violations of the Railway Labor Act (“RLA” or “Act”), 45 U.S.C. §§ 151 et seq. (1987), the Air Line Pilots Association, International (“ALPA”), the International Machinists & Aerospace Workers (“LAM”) and Local 553 Transport Workers Union of America (“TWU”) have sued Eastern Air Lines, Inc. (“Eastern”) and request both injunctive and declaratory relief.
