Plaintiff Ms. D. has brought suit on behalf of her daughter LaShonda against defendants the Monroe County School Board (“the Board”), Mr. Dumas, Superintendent of the Board, and Mr. Querry, Principal of Hubbard Elementary School concerning alleged harassment of LaShonda by a fellow classmate. Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
