The appellee recovered a judgment against the appellant for $8,600 for the death of her decedent, caused by the wreck of a freight car in which he was riding with a shipment of household goods, poultry and live stock, of which he was in charge as caretaker. The errors assigned and discussed are overruling the demurrer to the complaint and the demurrers to each of the second and third paragraphs of the reply, and overruling the motion for a new trial.
