The appellee filed snit in the Union Circnit Conrt against the appellants to recover damages for the death of her son. She alleged that she was the mother and next of kin of William Henderson, deceased, who died in Union County, Arkansas, on March 7, 1932, as a result of injury sustained by him on account of the negligence and carelessness of the servants of appellants, E. L. Chapman and Sam E.
