Overview

Open WebUI includes Exa as a built-in web-search engine for RAG and chat. Select Exa as the search engine to ground responses in fresh web results from inside the Open WebUI interface.

How to enable Exa in Open WebUI:

  • Open Open WebUI Admin Settings and choose Exa as the web-search engine.
