MEMORANDUM DECISION
CANNELLA, District Judge:
Motion by the Government for a pretrial order limiting the defendant Arnold Aronoff’s assertion of his attorney/client privilege is granted to the limited extent indicated herein.
By this motion, 1 the Government seeks, in effect, a pretrial evidentiary ruling that Erwin Ziegelman, and other members of his firm, are not barred by any claim of privilege from disclosing “the substance of any communications or any files relating to” a certain land transaction which is the basis of the instant indictment against Aronoff.
