BancOhio National Bank v. Schiesswohl

Appellant, Robert C. Schiesswohl, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying Schiesswohl’s Civ. R. 60(B) motion and his motion to consolidate. We affirm in part, and reverse and remand in part.

Facts

On March 8, 1982, BancOhio was granted judgment in the amount of 1.2 million dollars plus interest against Northern Ohio Tractor and Schiess-wohl pursuant to a cognovit note.
