Appellant Val Halla Athletic Club and Recreation Center, Inc. (“Val Hal-la”) 1 appeals from the trial court’s order of December 28, 1988 denying Val Halla’s motion to vacate a cognovit judgment entered in favor of Society National Bank (“Society”) by confession, on warrant of attorney, without antecedent process. We affirm.
