Appellants brought suit in the chancery court of Miller county against appellees, claiming to be the owners of forty acres of land described as the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter (NE14 NW^4) of section 9, township 20 south, range 27 west, in Miller county, Arkansas. It was alleged that Alice Wisinger Armstrong, one of-the appellees, was claiming some right, title or interest in said tract; and that she had executed a mineral lease upon it to one R. E.
