DENISE COTE, District Judge:
Plaintiffs A.D. and M.D., on behalf of their minor child E.D., bring this action pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq. (the “IDEA”). Plaintiffs seek review of the August 13, 2008 administrative decision of State Review Officer Paul F. Kelly (the “SRO”) annulling the May 19, 2008 decision of Impartial Hearing Officer Barbara J. Ebenstein (the “IHO”) and vacating the IHO’s award of tuition payment and reimbursement for E.D.’s attendance at the Rebecca School between July 2007 and August 2008. Plaintiffs…
