Plaintiffs, J.S. and A.G. (“Parents” or “Plaintiffs”), are the parents of J.G., a student who, through January 2008, attended the public schools run by Defendant, the Scarsdale Union Free School District (“Defendant” or the “District”). This case is an appeal and cross-appeal, brought pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., of an August 19, 2009 decision of a State Review Officer (“SRO”) denying Plaintiffs’ petition for tuition reimbursement for the period of April 4, 2008 through June…
