MARTIN, Justice.
Defendant appeals from the judgment entered against him upon his plea of guilty to murder in the second degree in the shooting death of Tony Martin Faggart. We find no error in his sentencing hearing.
At the hearing, the state’s evidence tended to show that defendant and his wife were separated and that both had established sexual relationships with others. Defendant was aware that his wife had begun dating the victim and became distraught over her perceived infidelity.
