This is an action by the administratrix of the estate of William O’Neil, to recover upon five policies of insurance issued by the defendant upon the life of the plaintiff’s intestate. Apparently the amount of insurance payable upon death, without more, amounting to $1,700, has been paid. This action is brought to recover an additional “accidental death benefit” promised by a rider attached to each of the policies.
