*669This is an action of ejectment/ in which the only question presented is one of boundary. The land in dispute is covered by the defendant’s title papers, which originate with Morgan county entry No. 2636, on which grant 27127 was issued August 15, 1859. The question is whether the complainants’ title papers which originate with Morgan county entry No. 1782, upon which grant No. 20670 was issued August 24, 1836, cover and include the land in dispute.
