The hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended that the respondent in this attorney discipline case be suspended from the practice of law for thirty days. The respondent was charged with neglecting a legal matter; dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; engaging in conduct that adversely reflected on his fitness to practice law; and obstruction of the grievance committee proceedings.
