QUINN, Chief Justice.
In this grievance proceeding, the respondent, Robert Anthony Flores, was charged with professional misconduct in three separate complaints filed with the Grievance Committee. A hearing board of the Grievance Committee found by clear and convincing evidence that the respondent had engaged in various acts of unprofessional conduct and recommended that he be suspended from the practice of law for ninety days.
