This Memorandum Opinion and Judgment Order constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding the Motion for Authority to Disburse Funds filed on behalf of the Chapter 13 Trustee (“Trustee”) and the Response filed on behalf of JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA (“Creditor”). The issue is whether funds paid by Christian E.
