BASIL H. COUTRAKON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court are “Trustee’s Report to Court on Funds Held and Suggested Distribution of Funds”, “Debtors (sic) Response to Trustee’s Report on Funds Held and Suggested Distribution of Funds”, and Palmer State Bank’s “Motion to Authorize and Direct Chapter 13 Trustee to Distribute Pre-Dismissal Payments to Palmer State Bank”. At issue is who is entitled to post-petition plan payments made to the Chapter 13 trustee where a ease was dismissed before a plan was confirmed.
