MEMORANDUM

GEORGE C. PAINE, II, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court on the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee’s Motion for an Order authorizing disbursement of funds to the debtors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105 and § 1326(a). The United States Attorney’s Office’s, on behalf of its agency, the Department of Health and Human Services, objected to the motion based on a continuing writ of garnishment served on the trustee in the debtors’ names pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 3205 directing the trustee to pay the money to the United States as a creditor.
