Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Czajka, J.), rendered September 24, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of attempted burglary in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
