Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered January 20, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the first degree (three counts), burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree (two counts), murder in the second degree (two counts), burglary in the second degree and attempted robbery in the first degree.
