Affirming.
On and prior to May 15, 1933, Otis Harrison was an employee of appellee and defendant below, Tierney Mining Company, as a laborer in one of its coal mines in Pike County, Kentucky. He and his employer were working under our Workmen’s Compensation Statute, Kentucky Statutes, Section 4880 et seq.; it having been accepted by both.
